Zoho Business is user friendly and completely customizable. Click on the Settings option to avail of this advantage.

Settings has every option available for the user to edit his profile details, change the timezone/date format, edit the applications page, and do much more. Lets take a closer look at the Zoho Business Settings!

User Profile
Edit your personal details including user name, your address, language, and other details.

Timezone/Date Format
You as a user in any part of the globe can format your timezone based on specific needs. All you have to do is select the timezone and the date format and click on Save.

Applications
As a user you have access to all the applications that Zoho Business provides by default. To these you can also add any application that you require. We offer you an option of integrating other applications like CRM, project management, wiki, invoicing and others. You can also add third party applications like google reader, yahoo or any other.

Select Add Apps Enter the App Title Enter the App URL Choose an Icon Click OK

There are other features in this option that lets you customize your navigation panel even better.

Delete Apps: Delete any applications that you feel you dont require.

Disable Apps: If you think that a particular application is not being used much you have the option to disable it.

Rearrange Apps: Arrange the order of applications according to your choice. Just click and drag the app to the order u need.

Change Password
As a user you can also change the password of your business account. Simply fill in the current password, type in your new pasword and confirm.

 Security Question
Keeping the security of your account in mind, we have provided the user an option to select the security question or enter a question of your own. If at any time you forget the password, it is only after filling in the answer for the security question that the password will be displayed.

User Sessions
Here your clocked sessions are displayed alongwith the IP address. You can also close the old sessions if you wish to.
