With Zoho Business you can also receive your domain-based emails. Mail offers a host of great features including labels and multiple folders, outbox feature, layout customization, great search options, etc.

To change any of your mail settings simply click on the icon placed alongside the search box to display the mail settings.

To Compose an Email

  1. Click on Compose
  2. Enter the email ids of the recepient
  3. Enter email ids in cc if required
  4. Type in the Subject if any
  5. Enter the message
  6. Click on Send 

Zoho Mail gives you all the necessary indenting and text styles options you can use to write the mail.

Address Book
You can click on the Addresss Book option to select any number of people that you want the mail sent to. The address book contains all the categories of the addresses. You can also search for email ids in the search box provided under the category box.

 Zoho Mail gives you the option of sending your emails in a host of several foreign languages. The user can type in the mail in the language used by him and select the options available in UTF -8 and send the mail across. The receiver receives the mail in the language sent to him.

Any new mails that you receive can now be viewed by simply clicking the fetch option. Every time you receive an email, a pop up informs you of the new mail.

You can delete mails by simply selecting the mails and clicking on Delete or by clicking the red cross sign beside each mail.

Now you can move all your mails into the folder you prefer by selecting the mail and clicking on the folder u want the mail sent to.

To Create a Label

  1. Click on Add Label
  2.  Enter the name of the new label
  3.  Select the color of the label
  4. Click OK and your label is created

You can even directly label a mail.

  1.  Select the mail
  2. Click on Label
  3. Select New Label
  4.  Enter the label name
  5. Select the color
  6. Click on OK 

Views

Zoho Mail offers a host of different views like

Unread: Where all the unread mails are displayed

Flagged: Any important flagged mails are shown

Archive: All the mails archived by user is displayed

Contacts: The address book with all the email ids are displayed

To Archive Mails

  1. Select the mails
  2. Click on Mark As
  3. Select Archive
  4. The mails get archived

Click on Archive in the bottom-left pane to view the archived mails


Separate folders can be created to filter out your mails into that particular folder.

To Create a Folder

  1. Select Add folder
  2. Name the folder
  3. Select the parent folder if there is any and also provide the location of that.
  4. Click on OK. The new folder is created.

The Mark As option can help the user mark the mail as:

  • Read
  • Archive
  • Spam
  • Info
  • Important
  • Follow Up
  • Clear Flag

To use any of the above options simply select the mail and click on any of the options in Mark As.
