What are MX Records?
MX Records are resource records required to route mails across to the mail servers that receives emails for your domains. When you add/register domains through Zoho Business, you can enable your domains to host emails. To successfully send and receive mails, the MX information has to be changed in the control panel of your domain.
Where do I change my MX Records?
MX information can be changed in the DNS settings of the control panel of your domain.
How do I change my MX records?
Go to the Control Panel of your domain and access the DNS settings. You will need to delete all existing MX records and enter the following record information:
