1. Why should I create an organization?
An organization is made up of a group of members. So you have to first create an organization to:

Create groups with your organization members

2. How do I create an organization?
Its very simple to create an organization in Zoho Business.
To Create an Organization
Click the Create Organization link given at the top of the main page.
Enter a Name for the organization in the respective text field.
Click on "Create Organization" button.
Your organization is created.
3. What is the importance of Groups?
Groups are created to effectively share documents, notes, calendar events, assign tasks, etc. Zoho Business provides two types of groups:
Organizational groups- groups created within an organization
Personal Groups- groups created with Zoho Business users belonging to other organizations

Create an Organization

5. How do I create Personal groups in Zoho Business?

7. Domain validation issues?
After having added your domain to Zoho, click on the verify option to validate your domain. When you receive the domain verfication code please copy without the html tags. Can I delete a user from my organization?
There is an option to permanently delete user from the account. When deleting a user from the organization the following happens:
All his data is deleted that includes his mail, documents, shared docs, wiki, tasks and other data.
Since most of the Zoho applications fall under SSO, all the data from the other apps will also be deleted.
Therefore, the admin has to be very sure that he is deleting the user. He can alternatively, disable the user if needed.

How do I delete my Zoho Business account?
To delete your Zoho Business account, you will have to first delete the Organization that you have created.
Access Control Panel->General-> Others->Delete Organization
After deleting the Organization, please relogin and then access <<accounts.zoho.com> > and Close Account.
