Documents is your single repository of all spreadsheets, word docs, presentations, pictures, videos and music files that you have in your account. Here you find every available docs including the ones shared to you and by you.
You can have easy access to the documents by clicking on any of the views available.

To Upload Files
There's another very useful feature in Documents called Upload where any files anywhere can be uploaded into your business docs. You can even upload files into specific folders if you have any.

Click on Upload

Select the folder you want the file uploaded in

Browse and select the file

Click on Upload

You can even view your group shared documents in the My Groups folder. Select the group to have all the docs displayed. You can even create new groups in the category provided.

Sharing Docs
You can share your documents with anyone in the organization or group using this feature. There is no longer the need for attaching or sending mails!
You can either privately share the document with friends outside of the group or within your group members. The Share feature has options for both.
