The "Control Panel" link is available on the top of the page once an organization is created. The first user creating an organization is called the Super Admin of his organization.
So what are the options available in the Control Panel and how can the Admin use it effectively? Control Panel has the following administration controls.
Domain Management
A Domain is construed as the online presence of a business. Creating a domain is like creating a web identity for your company. The members of the company also receive a company name based email id. It makes business sense both financially and professionally. It is also a way to co-relate your name to your organization. Being the Admin of your organization you have the option of adding or creating domains.
User Management
An organization is made up of its company members and its different groups. It is imperative that the admin has complete access to all the users and their accounts. An admin can add users, import them and also invite users that don't belong to the organization . If you feel that the role of the user has to be changed to the Super Admin or the Admin then the Control Panel also offers you the option of changing both role and the location.
Group Management
The Admin is provided with all rights to create organization groups. You can even add members, delete them and invite others to be a part of the group. A group is in a sense, a time saving feature because you can also assign tasks to the members, generate reports based on it. To put it simply it is a workplace where a group of people can communicate, collaborate and share information more effectively and efficiently.
Organization Policies
You can define the rights of access of the users and the policies of the organization. It is also a way to define your confidentiality policies. If you think that a particular group needn't be created, you have the rights to disable the option. The policy option is very imperative to the right and ethical functioning of an organization.
