Now Stay connected to all the users and members in your organization with the easy to use Zoho Chat option. Zoho chat lets you instantly communicate and collaborate with your colleagues/friends and thereby helps you save time and improve your productivity.
The Instant Messaging option is provided in the lower pane of the window.
Click on Contacts to view a list of your chat buddies along with their photo, if provided and their current status.
Click on Search to search for a particular contact. Enter the name and the contact is displayed.
Add/Invite Member
Click on the Add contact option to add your buddy. After they accept the invite you can chat with them.

Click on a contact to start messaging. You can also view the chat window as a pop up.

Change your profile to Available, Busy, or have your own custom message!

Be notified whenever any chat invite is sent to you or on the Accept/Reject status of the invites you had sent
Receive alerts regarding any unread chat messages sent to you to avoid missing important information
